Account Creation and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To use hdhub4u's services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances.
During registration, you must provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other requested details. The information provided must match your actual identity and may be verified against official documents when required.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. hdhub4u will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access took place and that you had taken reasonable security measures to prevent it.
Platform Usage Rules
Hdhub4u users agree to refrain from the following when using the platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or any other method to access the platform without authorisation
- Impersonating another person, providing false information, or using someone else's identification documents
- Engage in any fraudulent activity, including the abuse of bonuses and promotions
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Ensure all account information remains accurate and up to date
- Using the platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Report any technical bugs or inconsistencies encountered
- Avoid using the platform while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the hdhub4u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following are the key conditions governing deposits and withdrawals:
Deposit
Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX and local e-wallets. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once a transaction has been confirmed. hdhub4u is not responsible for any failures or delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. hdhub4u reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing time is between 1 and 5 business days. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to change from time to time.
Transaction Investigation
Hdhub4u reserves the right to hold, review, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to freeze the relevant account pending the outcome of an investigation, without liability to the user.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account
Platform Liability Limits
Hdhub4u is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the account balance held at the time the claim is made.
This platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or bugs. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the hdhub4u platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of hdhub4u and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent.
Hdhub4u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
- Request from legal authorities
- Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
The hdhub4u platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Hdhub4u reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. We encourage users to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the Terms.
By continuing to use the platform after any changes are published, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
